BOCONI clearly stands for impeccable striking style, painstaking attention to detail, and unsurpassed quality. All BOCONI Bags & Leather goods are guaranteed for 1 year to be free from any and all manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
The guarantee starts from the date the product was purchased. In the event of a defect arising during the guarantee period, please contact BOCONI by email at customerservice@boconibags.com or by telephone a 615-376-9688 in the USA or Canada, and we will provide you with an address for you to send the bag for inspection and repair. Product will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. All returns/repairs must be accompanied by a receipt.
Please note that this guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear caused by product abuse or neglect including: abrasions in fabrics, leathers, or parts; exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids or liquids. The guarantee also does not cover common carrier damage.

A. Simple bag repairs – you can send or bring your bag to a local Authorized Repair Center. No repair number is needed. Please note that you are responsible for any freight charges incurred when shipping your bag to an authorized repair center.
B. Badly damaged bags - we recommend sending them directly to Briggs & Riley at one of our Official Company Repair Centers.
Our 'Simple as That®' guarantee will cover the repair of all functional aspects of your Briggs & Riley bag for life.
- We will continue to repair your bag even if you decide to purchase a new Briggs & Riley product with the latest performance innovations.
- Naturally, our warranty does not cover cosmetic wear or cleaning, nor does it cover the replacement of lost or stolen bags and/or its content. If your bag or its contents are damaged by an airline and you wish to hold them responsible, we suggest that you file a claim with the carrier before leaving the airport. If you choose not to do this and instead wish for us to repair your bag, we will be happy to do so at no charge.
- Due to the nature of certain types of repairs and normal wear and tear, it is not always possible to return your bag to its original condition.

Welcome to the world of Tumi - the finest international brand of travel, business and lifestyle accessories. Since our founding in 1975, Tumi has been dedicated to providing our customers with an outstanding ownership experience. Specifically, we make three commitments to our customers:
1. You will enjoy using our innovative products that are designed and manufactured to be the best;

3. For five (5) years after you purchase a Tumi product from an authorized Tumi store or dealer, you will be covered by our Limited Warranty.
Tumi's warranty extends to the original owner; it is straightforward and comprehensive, and just part of the total Tumi ownership experience.
First Year of Ownership: Worry Free
With limited exceptions, if your Tumi product is damaged during the first twelve (12) months you own it including damage caused by wear and tear, airlines, or other transit damage Tumi will cover all repair expenses, including shipping costs (ground only) to and from our repair facility. If we determine that the product is damaged beyond repair, we will replace it. If we determine that a replacement product is not available, we will provide you with a product of comparable value. Damages not covered are damage resulting from abuse, cosmetic damage (such as scratched leather or stained fabrics), and incidental or consequential damages, such as damage to or loss of the contents of a bag, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses.
Years Two through Five: You're Covered for Defects
From the second through the fifth year you own your Tumi product, Tumi will repair any items that are defective in materials or workmanship, (for a nominal processing fee), including any structural defects (such as defective handles, zippers, or locks). For years two through five, however, we will not cover damage resulting from wear and tear that is not the result of defects in materials or workmanship. We also will not cover damage caused by airlines or other transit damage. Damage claims in transit cases should be filed against the carrier. Other damages not covered are damage resulting from abuse, cosmetic damage (such as scratched leather or stained fabrics) and incidental or consequential damages, such as damage to or loss of the contents of a bag, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses.
Your only responsibility is to ship your bag to us for repair, postage paid, or take it to a Tumi store or authorized Tumi dealer, who will be happy to process the repair for a nominal processing fee. Many repairs can actually be handled right in the store, in which event a processing fee may be charged. If your bag does need to be sent to our facility, we will repair it quickly and ship it back at no additional cost to you. In those cases where our warranty does not apply, we will promptly provide you with an estimate of any repair and return shipping costs that may be involved.

Samsonite
Your luggage has a warranty which covers manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials. Our warranty does not cover repairs resulting from carrier damage, misuse or neglect of the product, normal wear and tear, or repairs beyond the warranty period.
The warranty is utilized through our authorized repair centers. The authorized repair center will make the determination whether the damage is due to a manufacturing defect. If it is a manufacturing defect, they will repair your luggage and bill Samsonite directly. If it is not repairable they will order you a replacement bag. If they feel it is not a manufacturing defect, they will contact you with an estimate before making any repairs to your luggage.
To receive warranty service, please take or ship your product to one of our authorized repair centers. If a repair facility is not convenient for you, you may complete the repair form and ship the luggage to the nearest authorized repair center. Detailed instructions are provided on the repair form.
You can also visit one of our Samsonite Company Stores for assistance in shipping your luggage at a minimal charge.
The Authorized Repair Center will make the final determination on the status of the product with the possible following outcomes:
1. The product is repairable and covered under warranty (the product will be repaired at Samsonite's expense and returned to you.)
2. The product is not repairable and covered under warranty (if the same product is in stock, the product will be sent directly to you. If the product is unavailable, a comparable item will be sent. In the case that a comparable product is unavailable, a letter will be sent authorizing you to visit the nearest Samsonite Company Store to pick out a comparable product. Note: The Authorized Repair Center will not direct a store to replace product for a customer. The Authorized repair center will request a replacement for you from Samsonite.)
3. The product is repairable and not covered under warranty (if it is determined that the product is repairable but is not covered under warranty, you may either have the product returned to you un-repaired, or have the product repaired at your own expense.)
The product is not repairable and not covered under warranty (you can elect to have the Authorized Repair Center send the product back to you un-repaired, or you may ask the Authorized Repair Center to dispose of the product.)
Product may be returned to any Samsonite Company Store, and the store personnel will send the product to an Authorized Repair Center. If you choose to take your merchandise to a store, a shipping fee will be collected, as determined by current shipping rates for the area and the store management.

Travelpro® Limited Lifetime Warranty
"In the unlikely event that a problem occurs with your luggage as a result of a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair your bag (or replace it, if repair is not possible) at our expense. The Travelpro® warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover wear or damage caused by abuse, mishandling, accidental damage, inappropriate selection, or carelessness caused by an airline or other common carrier. In the course of normal handling, your luggage may suffer abrasions, minor cuts, scratches, dents or soil. Certain component parts such as wheels, bumper feet, leather, etc., will show wear. This wear is not covered under the warranty. Travelpro® will provide prompt refurbishment services at a nominal cost. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state."
Note: Please examine your luggage carefully for damage before leaving the airport and immediately report any damage to the baggage service center of the airline on which you traveled. The McKlein warranty does not cover damage resulting from abuse, neglect, improper handling or common carrier damage. Ordinary wear and tear is also not covered under this warranty. In the unlikely event that a problem arises as a result of a defect in our materials or workmanship, we pledge to promptly repair the item at our expense (or replace it if it cannot be repaired). All we require is that you call us first and then send your bag to the repair location that we indicate. McKlein does not cover shipping and handling under warranty, only parts. Consumer incur the cost of shipping to McKlein facility.

Lipault
All Lipault products purchased are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects for a period of three years from the date of purchase.
Should you have a problem with your Lipault product that you think is covered under the 3-Year Guarantee, please contact our Customer Service at 1.855.547.2858, M-F 10am-5pm ET so that we can give you a Return Reference Number and tell you where to ship the product. Return shipping charges will be your responsibility.
If after inspecting returned product, we determine that it is covered by the 3-Year Guarantee, we will repair the product at our expense and return it to you free of charge. If we are unable to repair your Lipault Product, we reserve the right to replace it with the same or similar product.
If it is determined that the product is not covered by the 3-Year Guarantee, we will provide you with an estimate of what the repair will cost for your approval.
Knomo
KNOMO warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is limited to the value of the product and is available to the original purchaser of the goods only. The warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse or neglect, accidents, normal wear and tear, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, or damage by common carrier. The warranty specifically excludes any claims for incidental or consequential damages in connection with the product. The warranty commences on the day of purchase NOT the date that the product is registered on the knomobags.com website.
Any defects in materials or workmanship notified to KNOMO after expiry of the guarantee period are not covered by this warranty. KNOMO will be happy to help you try to repair any defects, but these repairs would be subject to charge.

2 Year Limited Warranty – Small Leather Goods (SLG) and Accessory Products
For two years after a Hartmann Small Leather Good (SLG) or Accessory Product is purchased from an authorized Hartmann store or retailer, it is covered by the 2 Year Limited Warranty. The 2 Limited Year Warranty extends to the original purchaser or gift recipient.
The 2 Year Limited Warranty is offered on Locks, Luggage Straps, and Travel Pillows.
Year One of Ownership
If a Hartmann Small Leather Good (SLG) or Accessory Product is damaged during the first twelve (12) months of ownership, including damage caused by transit (by airlines for example), wear and tear, and manufacturer defects, Hartmann will cover repair expenses, including shipping costs (ground only) to and from an authorized Repair Center. Incidental and consequential damages are expressly disclaimed. If it is determined that Hartmann Product is damaged beyond repair, it will be replaced. If the Product is to be replaced and the product is no longer available, Hartmann will substitute a comparable Hartmann product.
Year Two of Ownership
For year two, Hartmann will repair defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse (such as transportation of unusual items), neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear, or transit damage (by airlines for example). Incidental and consequential damages are expressly disclaimed. The Product owner is responsible for all costs of getting the Product to an authorized Repair Center including, but not limited to, the cost of packaging, shipping and applicable taxes. The authorized Repair Center will determine whether or not the problem is covered by Hartmann’s warranty. If it is covered by Hartmann’s warranty, any repair and the cost of returning the product to you will be at Hartmann’s expense. In those cases where the warranty does not apply, we will promptly provide you with an estimate of any repair and return shipping costs that may be involved. While non-warranty maintenance or repairs on your Product can be performed by any company, Hartmann requires that you use only an authorized Repair Center for warranty repairs. Improper or incorrectly performed maintenance or repairs void this warranty. Labor charges and damages attributable to work performed by anyone other than an authorized Repair Center are not covered by this warranty. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties are hereby excluded. The warranty provided herein is limited to the value of the Product. Manufacturing specifications are subject to change without notice. Proof of Purchase
Coverage under the 2 Year Limited Warranty requires a retailer receipt as proof of purchase. The retailer receipt also documents that the product was purchased from an authorized Hartmann store or retailer, as required for warranty coverage.

Year Two through Ten of Ownership
For years two through ten, Hartmann will repair defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse (such as transportation of unusual items), neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear, or transit damage (by airlines for example). Incidental and consequential damages are expressly disclaimed. The Product owner is responsible for all costs of getting the Product to an authorized Repair Center including, but not limited to, the cost of packaging, shipping and applicable taxes. The authorized Repair Center will determine whether or not the problem is covered by Hartmann’s warranty. If it is covered by Hartmann’s warranty, any repair and the cost of returning the product to you will be at Hartmann’s expense. In those cases where the warranty does not apply, we will promptly provide you with an estimate of any repair and return shipping costs that may be involved. While non- warranty maintenance or repairs on your Product can be performed by any company, Hartmann requires that you use only an authorized Repair Center for warranty repairs. Improper or incorrectly performed maintenance or repairs void this warranty. Labor charges and damages attributable to work performed by anyone other than an authorized Repair Center are not covered by this warranty. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties are hereby excluded. The warranty provided herein is limited to the value of the Product. Manufacturing specifications are subject to change without notice. Product locks are intended only to prevent accidental opening and cannot necessarily prevent theft of the Product or its contents, breakage or entry by airline or airport personnel or governmental authorities. Inspect your Product immediately after handling by anyone other than you. If damaged in transit, submit a claim to the transit company (which is insured against damaging your product) at the place of arrival, and if possible, before clearing customs. This warranty is intended to give you specific legal rights. In addition to the rights described herein, you may also have other rights that vary from state to state or country to country with respect to the exclusion or application of implied warranties, incidental and consequential damages and repair and replacement. Consequently, the limitations or exclusions specifically contained in this warranty may not be applicable to you.
Proof of Purchase
Coverage under the 10 Year Limited Warranty requires a retailer receipt as proof of purchase. The retailer receipt also documents that the product was purchased from an authorized Hartmann store or retailer, as required for warranty coverage.

Limited Lifetime Warranty – Applicable to Products noted within
The Hartmann Products listed below are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty, for the life of the Product. Hartmann Products must be purchased from an authorized Hartmann store or retailer for Warranty coverage. The Limited Lifetime Year Warranty extends to the original purchaser or gift recipient.
